1. The subject of the contract is the Delivery and assembly of sterilization equipment for the task entitled "Modernization and reconstruction of the operating block together with the Central Sterilization Unit of the Municipal Hospital in Siemianowice Śląskie and the purchase of necessary equipment and medical equipment", i.e. in the scope of Gas sterilizer for ethylene oxide 5 GS – 1 set, in accordance with Annex 1 to the specification. The terms of quality guarantee and service are attached as Annex 1.1 to the specification.
