Structural engineering services for the new construction of the Goldach fire station in Hallbergmoos

The municipality of Hallbergmoos intends to build a fire station in the district of Goldach.

On the main road, a new fire station is to be built on a previously undeveloped arable land of 9,845 square meters. The property is owned by the municipality.

A qualified development plan (parcel number 2024/2, 2024/3) with green space will be drawn up for the property to be built on, which has already been commissioned.

A detailed spatial plan is available, as is a first preliminary draft. According to the space program, the building has a calculated floor area of 2,065.82 square meters. The outdoor area 5,003.95 sqm. This is possible in the available areas.

There will be 7 vehicle spaces, changing rooms, various equipment rooms and a two-storey lounge area with parlour, fitness room and youth room as well as sleeping and meeting facilities and offices. The areas are divided according to their functions (social area, technical area). The individual areas should also function separately for events. The possibility of expanding a vehicle space, as well as the associated car parking spaces, should be taken into account.

A spacious outdoor area with parking spaces (approx. 40 parking spaces), practice area (tower) and multifunctional areas is to be planned. The tree population along the road should be preserved as much as possible.

The client intends to apply for funding, so the planning must comply with the funding guidelines.
