The legionella control and management services required by the commissioner at the premises shall include, but not be limited to:
— legionella risk assessments,
— written schemes and recommendations,
— drawings,
— record management,
— audit requirements,
— monitoring, inspection and control measures,
— testing and samplings,
— cleaning and disinfection,
— signage,
— training,
— general consultancy.
The Police and Crime Commissioner for South Wales requires a Legionella Control Association (‘LCA’) accredited Contractor to carry out fully compliant legionella control and management services throughout its premises.
