The subject of the contract is the successive provision of the service of collection, transport and collection and/or management of waste from the Municipal Waste Treatment Plant in Hryniewicze (hereinafter: ZUOK in Hryniewicze) classified in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalogue (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10) as waste with the code 17 01 07 – mixed concrete waste, brick rubble, waste ceramics and fittings other than those mentioned in 17 01 06 and as waste code 17 09 04 - mixed wastes from construction, renovation and dismantling other than those mentioned in 17 09 01, 17 09 02 and 17 09 03.
The Contractor is obliged to manage all collected waste in one of the recovery processes: R1 - R12 in accordance with Annex 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended).
Lot 1 — Collection, transport, collection and/or handling of waste code 17 01 07.Part 1 of the contract includes the successive provision of the service of collection, transport and collection and / or management of waste from ZUOK in Hryniewicze classified in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalog (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10) as waste with the code 17 01 07, i.e. mixed waste from concrete, brick rubble, waste ceramics and equipment other than those listed in 17 01 06 in the amount of 3 000 Mg in one of the recovery processes: R1-R12 in accordance with Annex 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended).
Part 2 – Collection, transport, collection and/or handling of waste with code 17 09 04.Part 2 of the contract includes the successive provision of the service of collection, transport and collection and / or management of waste from ZUOK in Hryniewicze classified in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalog (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10) as waste with the code 17 09 04, i.e. mixed waste from construction, renovation and dismantling other than those listed in 17 09 01, 17 09 02 and 17 09 in one of the recovery processes: R1-R12 in accordance with Annex 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended) in the amount of 5 000 Mg (basic order).
