The purpose of this framework agreement is the selection of several financial institutions to provide services related to the collection management of XALOC, an autonomous body under the Provincial Council of Girona, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 939/2005 of 29 July, approving the General Collection Regulation (RGR). The services subject to the contract are specified in the Technical Specifications (PPT) regulatory requirements of this framework agreement.

Lot 1 includes service A) and B)

Service A) Direct debit charges on accounts of the financial institution itself

Service (B) Receipts for direct debit in accounts outside the bidding entities of Service A)

Receipts via credit and debit cards electronically (through the XALOC e-Office) and at physical Point of Sale (POS) Terminals.

Receipts by credit and debit cards through self-service points of the awarded financial institutions (ATMs).
