Due to less internal capacity over a period, Lillesand Municipality needs to hire in consultancy services that will assist the municipality in coming projects in the contract period. The services include project management of relevant projects within water and sewage. The projects' size, contract and procurement form will vary from project to project. Tenderers must offer one resource who fulfils the contracting authority's needs for assistance as highlighted in Annex 1. The consultant will work full time at the contracting authority, and will be part of the contracting authority's organisation whilst they are hired in. The tenderer must provide their services to the contracting authority within the limits of the Working Environment Act §14-13. The total estimated value of the framework agreement is between NOK 3.6 million and NOK 4 million. The contract will have a total upper limit for call-offs of NOK 5 million.
