The Swedish Prison and Probation Service provides some outpatient health and medical care at all prisons and detention centres. The care provided by the Swedish Prison and Probation Service is at the primary care level and some psychiatric outpatient care. The medical units have basic equipment with medical devices. Orders are made from each healthcare unit in the Swedish Prison and Probation Service's e-commerce system. The Swedish Prison and Probation Service does not have a central warehouse, but the products must be delivered to the respective healthcare unit.
