The city of Ochtrup plans to extend the open all-day area (OGS) in the stock of the 4-speed Lambert School as well as to add additional class and administrative rooms.

The extension and conversion measures are carried out on and in the existing stock. A first design template was prepared by the city administration in consultation with the users.

The implementation of the measures is to be coordinated with the ongoing school operation.

The contract includes freelance planning services.

The following services should be awarded:

- buildings and interiors (phases 1 - 9 in accordance with HOAI § 34 in conjunction with Annex 10),

- Technical equipment (phases 1 - 9 in accordance with HOAI § 55 in conjunction with Annex 15, groups of units 1 - 8).

The required services are based on the performance images of the HOAI. The client reserves a step by step order.

At the negotiation stage (stage 2 of the procedure), tenderers are invited to make an assessment of the work to be done in phases 1 and 2, on the basis of the documents made available in the terms of reference of the invitation to tender
