1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of food products for the needs of PGW Wody Polskie, the Regional Water Management Authority in Lublin and subordinate organizational units.
2. Deliveries of food products will take place successively (partial deliveries) during the term of this contract, within 3 working days from the date of the order placed (sent by e-mail) specifying which articles and in what quantity should be delivered by the Contractor.
3. Deliveries of groceries will be delivered to the Ordering Party's headquarters at Leszka Czarnego 3, 20-610 Lublin, on business days, from Monday to Friday, from 8.00 to 14.00.
4. The Contractor shall be obliged to unload food products and bring them to the building of the Contracting Entity, for the remuneration specified in § 4 clause 1 of the contract – the model contract constitutes Annex 8 to the SWZ.

5. The assortment should be delivered in original, factory-sealed packaging, without physical signs and traces of damage, have printed information about the name of the food (composition), information on the manufacturer (name), expiration date and grammage/liter. Products should be of the first grade. The Contractor will deliver the assortment by its own transport, at its own expense in accordance with sanitary and HACCP requirements, in a way that prevents the loss of taste and nutritional values.
