The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and skidding, nursery works and seed production to be carried out in the Międzylesie Forest District in 2020. The order was divided into parts (packages): Package I - forestry: Nowa Wieś, Jodłów, Smreczyna - logging, farming tasks and forest protection, fire protection Package II - forestry: Różanka, Lesica, Biała Woda, Śnieżnik - logging, tasks in the field of breeding and forest protection, fire protection Package III - forestry: Goworów, Idzików, Szklary, Jawornica - logging, tasks in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection Package IV - nursery farm in Międzygórze - seed and nursery services.
