The object of the contract is hosting and maintenance services relating to the SESAM media library of the Baden-Württemberg State Media Centre. For details, see the lot-specific service descriptions for hosting and maintenance.

The object of the contract is the permanent support of the server systems and the operated application of the State Media Center Baden-Württemberg (SEMA media library, editorial system), with continuous analysis of load behavior and data flows. In addition to active security and threat management, the service also includes ongoing monitoring of the entire infrastructure, including applications (content monitoring).

In Germany, support must be provided in German via ticket system and telephone by at least 3 known administrators (support team). The response time is set at 8 hours during business hours (Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.). The support team must act independently with all other actors of the LMZ (developers, software suppliers and LMZ project team).

The object of the contract is the maintenance of the test and production system of the SESAM Media Library (SESAM) as a state solution of the State Media Center Baden-Württemberg, including the necessary updates of the system and the standard software used for this purpose. Access to fulfill the service should be remote via SSH. The maintenance includes the IT system "SESAM-Mediathek" as described below as well as the technical interfaces to easyDB and the various interfaces to learning management systems such as Moodle and Itslearning. As part of the maintenance service, consulting and support services regarding the system and the interfaces as well as their further development are also provided. The support must be provided independently with all other actuators of the LMZ (developers, software suppliers and LMZ project team).
