the purpose of the contract is to provide social assistance for Cnam agents. The description of Cnam's services and expectations are developed in the Book of Special Technical Clauses (C.C.T.P). This is a single-award contract, comprising a lump sum part and a framework agreement part with purchase orders in accordance with Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. The maximum amount for the framework agreement part with purchase orders is set at 5% of the lump sum part. The issuance of purchase orders can only take place during the period of validity of the contract
