The purpose of this list of clauses is the contracting of the service contract

of carrying out specialized tasks in the Teatro la Sala de Argentona, which

includes different services.

These specialized tasks are linked to each other and are three services

complementary that they require, for the proper functioning of the object of the

contract, a unitary treatment and management between the tendering company and the

Argentona City Council.

These services are:

1. Technical service and reception service necessary for the development

of the shows and activities that will be carried out to the kit

counting exclusively on the existing material of the Room.

2. Service of maintenance escenotècnic and management of its

Incidents.

3. Maintenance service of the building and its facilities and management

of their incidents.

4.Service of application and execution of the Emergency Plan of the Room

from Argentona
