The subject matter of this order shall be:
1) the collection, transport and development of the abovementioned municipal waste accumulated on the territory of all inhabited properties located in the area of Widuchowa Municipality.
2) organize within a calendar year one share of receipt from property owners of inhabited furniture waste and other large-sized waste.
3) receipt of expired medicines and packaging after medicines originating from real estate inhabited from Widuchowa Municipality provided to pharmacy points located in the territory of Widuchowa Municipality, according to the hierarchy of waste management:
4) equipping the property with bags for selective waste collection.
5) Equipment of PSZOK with suitable containers/containers and weight and collection, transport and management of waste from PSZOK
6) landscaping of received waste in a way that ensures adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery
The subject matter of this order shall be:
1) the collection, transport and development of the abovementioned municipal waste accumulated on the territory of all inhabited properties located in the area of Widuchowa Municipality, i.e.:
Mixed municipal waste,
Paper and cardboard,
Metal, plastics including packaging and multi-cartridge packaging type tetra pak
Packaging waste of colourless and coloured glass,
Biowaste;
2) arranging for a calendar year one share of receipt from property owners of inhabited furniture waste and other large-sized waste,
3) reception of expired medicines and packaging after medicines originating
from real estate inhabited from the territory of Widuchowa Municipality supplied to pharmacy points located in the territory of Widuchowa Municipality, according to the hierarchy of conduct
with waste;
4) equipping the property with bags for selective waste collection;
5) equipment PSZOK with suitable containers/containers and weight and reception, transport
and the use of waste from PSZOK:
(a) paper and paperboard, magazines, newspapers and packaging of paper and cardboard,
(b) packaging waste of colourless and coloured glass,
(c) metal, plastics including packaging and multi-cartrapak packaging,
(d) biowaste,
(e) furniture and other large-sized waste,
(f) expired medicines and packaging after medicines,
(g) waste not eligible for household medical waste as a result of intake of medicinal products by injection monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes,
(h) chemicals and packaging after chemicals including paints, solvents, waste oils,
(i) used batteries and batteries, electrical and electronic equipment,
j) all kinds of incandescent lamps, halogen lamps,
(k) worn tyres,
(l) construction and demolition waste;
(m) waste of textiles and clothing.
6) the use of received waste in a way that ensures adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and its development in accordance with the provisions of Article 9e of the Act of 13 September 1996.
