Framework agreement Cleaning and Inspecting sewerage 2021 - 2022

Purpose of the tender:

The purpose of the tender is to conclude an agreement for the provision of services including the cleaning and inspection of sewerage for the years 2021 - 2022.

Short description:

Providing insight into the technical condition of the sewer system through periodic cleaning and inspection and promoting its efficient operation.

The work or the activities must be carried out within the organizations participating in SWWB water circle de Baronie. The;

Municipality of Alphen-Chaam, Municipality of Baarle-Nassau, Municipality of Breda, Municipality of Etten-Leur, Municipality of Rucphen, Municipality of Zundert, Brabant Delta Water Board.

The work mainly consists of:

- drawing up a work plan,

- cleaning sewers and wells,

- inspecting sewers,

- carrying out additional activities such as a consultation with the pumping station team for the purpose of lowering systems,

- consultation with road and / or landscaping manager,

- taking traffic measures,

- the removal of sewage sludge,

- preparing reports,

- carrying out additional works.

Revenue expectations

The fictitious quantities are based on the maintenance orders issued in recent years. The fictitious quantities also contribute to the formation of a balanced fictitious contract price. The client forgives the regular maintenance per year in a bundle of partial orders. The implementation of this takes place in consultation between the client and the contractor.

The client expects a minimum annual turnover of EUR 300,000.00.

The maximum contract value in the context of this framework agreement is set at EUR 2,500,000, over the term of the agreement, including extensions.

No rights can be derived from the stated amount. No purchase obligation applies to the client.

Duration:

the agreement has a term of two years. The client has the right to extend this agreement twice for one year.

The client will inform the contractor in writing at least six months before the expiry of the contract whether the client will make use of the option to extend the contract. Otherwise, the contract will automatically end upon reaching the end date. The minimum term of 6 months also applies to the years option.

Participating organizations

It should be taken into account that the municipality of Gilze-Rijen can also make use of the agreement concluded in the context of the official merger between the municipalities of Alphen-Chaam, Baarle-Nassau and Gilze-Rijen.

At the end of the fixed term of this agreement, the organizations reserve the right to individually decide to make use of the option to extend. Where appropriate, it is expected that the minimum annual turnover will be maintained.
