The mission refers to consul-general assignments as a commissioned support in the Citycampus project relating to Phase 2. The mission may also include Phase 3 in case the specified option is exercised.

HKR needs a qualified external ordering support.

The Consul-General (GK) shall assist the Commissioner in developing a model for the conduct of internal work at the College.

GK shall ensure that selected functions enter documents and substrate properly.

GK directs and coordinates the internal work of HKR by planning, organizing, collecting, processing, compiling, presenting, transmitting descriptions of the needs of the activities and subsequently monitoring these throughout the work. GK represents HKR towards the landlord. In addition, GK participates in and provides input into the detail plan process as well as organizes procurement under LOU by producing the required basis together with the landlord. This means constant contacts with HKR's organisation, with landlord and municipality, and that GK within its organisation has access to the necessary competencies.

The mission also includes adding the right competencies during the various stages covered by Phase 2. This means that, within its organisation, GK needs to have access to skills in, for example, project coordination, local planning, interior design, environment, finance, security, tele/data, operations, management, plumbing and electricity.
