Description:
Delivery of medium-sized rescue and fire extinguishing vehicles with increased potential of road rescue (GBA - first drive standard) with 4x2 drive — 15 pcs.

The item of the order was divided into the following parts:

Task A — medium rescue and fire extinguishing vehicle for KW PSP Wrocław — 2 pcs.

Task B — medium rescue and fire extinguishing vehicle for KW PSP Krakow — 2 pcs

Task C — medium rescue and fire extinguishing vehicle for KW PSP Gdańsk — 2 pcs.

Task D — medium rescue and fire extinguishing vehicle for KW PSP Katowice — 6 pcs.

Task E — medium rescue and fire extinguishing vehicle for KW PSP Olsztyn — 1 pc.

Task F — medium rescue and fire extinguishing vehicle for KW PSP Poznań — 1 pc.

Task G — medium fire extinguishing rescue car for KG PSP Warszawa — 1 pc

The subject of the order shall comply with the following requirements:

(a) correspond to all the characteristics specified in the SWZ;

b) be brand new (not used) and comply with applicable standards. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is Appendix No 2 to the Detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ — draft

Task A — medium rescue and fire extinguishing vehicle for KW PSP Wrocław — 2 pcs.

Cars must meet the technical and utility requirements set out in the annex to the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 27 April 2010 amending the Regulation on the list of products for ensuring public safety or protecting health and life and property, as well as the rules for issuing the admission of these products for use (Journal of Laws of 2010, No. 85, item 553), together with the specification of these requirements and the equipment given below. The vehicle approval certificate shall include a minimum of rescue equipment complying with the requirements of annexes 1 and 5 to the “Guidelines for Standardization of Fire Vehicle Equipment and Other Means of Transport of the State Fire Brigade”. Current certificate of admission together with test report, delivered at the date of actual acceptance.

Cars must comply with the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, taking into account the requirements for privileged vehicles, in accordance with the Law on Road Traffic Law of June 20, 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 450, as amended), together with the implementing regulations to Act and requirements contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022, as amended).

Cars must be marked with the operating numbers of the State Fire Brigade in accordance with the Order No. 1 of the Chief of the State Fire Brigade of 24 January 2020 on the transport economy in the organizational units of the State Fire Brigade (Journal of Dz. urz. KG PSP item 3 and 2021 item 4).

Cars must meet the requirements for the middle class M (acc. to PN-EN 1846-1)

Cars and motor equipment must be released with full tanks: fuel and operating fluids.

The Contractor is obliged to carry out at his expense an additional technical examination enabling the car to be registered as a special vehicle in motion.

The subject of the order shall comply with the following requirements:

(a) correspond to all the characteristics specified in the SWZ;

(b) be factory new (not used) and complying with applicable standards.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Appendix No 2 to the SWZ.

The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to perform the key tasks concerning the fulfillment of this order (in accordance with Article 60 of the Pzp Act).

Appendix No 2 to the SWZ completed by the Contractor forms part of the tender and is not subject to supplementation pursuant to Article 107 (2) of the PZP Act.

Detailed conditions for the execution of the object of the contract are set out in Annex 3 to SWZ — draft contract.

Task B — medium rescue and fire extinguishing vehicle for KW PSP Krakow — 2 pcs

Cars must meet the technical and utility requirements set out in the annex to the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 27 April 2010 amending the Regulation on the list of products for ensuring public safety or protecting health and life and property, as well as the rules for issuing the admission of these products for use (Journal of Laws of 2010, No. 85, item 553), together with the specification of these requirements and the equipment given below. The certificate of approval for a vehicle shall include a minimum of conforming rescue equipment

with the requirements of Annex No. 1 and 5 to the “Guidelines for the standardization of equipment of fire vehicles and other means of transport of the State Fire Service”. Current certificate of admission together with test report, delivered at the date of actual acceptance.
