Buha is a private limited company with the municipality of Doetinchem as owner. With more than 150 colleagues, we are committed to public space on a daily basis. Everyone consciously or unconsciously makes daily use of our work. The resident is therefore in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place with us. For them, we work on a clean, whole, safe and sustainable living environment. Our range of tasks in public space is comprehensive; waste collection, management of public space, enforcement, supervision, management of the parking garages, management of the cemetery and a waste collection point. Buha's waste collection point is at Havenstraat 80 in Doetinchem. Here, every resident from the municipality of Doetinchem can deliver their waste streams. Throughout the year, green waste can also be collected at other places in the catchment area of Buha bv. Buha B.V. also provides services in the municipality of Oude IJsselstreek.

The contract is awarded on the basis of Lowest Price. For this tender, the lowest price award criterion was chosen because the minimum quality of the services to be provided is defined in the request in such a way that little to no quality differences can be expected.
Duration of the agreement
The agreement has a term of one (1) year with an option for extension by the Client of three (3) times one (1) year. The intended effective date of the agreement is May 15, 2023. Subject to the renewal options, the agreement will end on 14 May 2027 at the latest.
