Supply and commissioning of a Single Cell Genetic Analysis Platform:

The platform should achieve an integrated single cell genomics and gene expression analysis work flow from cell to data. The platform can be composed of 1 or few compact bench top devices (maximal 3 devices because of the available space limitation) with high level of automation, which are capable of:

— preparing of the single cells for genomic analysis applications: the isolation and automated cell lysis of single cells;

— preamplification and SNP genotyping (loading of all gene expressions and thermal cycling function);

— detection of DNA/RNA sequences for gene expression, genotyping, mutant detection and absolute quantification of nucleic-acid sequencing.
