The aim of the advertising campaign is to promote a personal initiative of the population to contribute to the solutions of environmental problems with the help of eu funds financed by eu funds. Eu funds invest in the proper functioning, management and maintenance of the environment in the areas of waste management, water management, reduction of air pollution, improvement of the condition of water bodies, flood prevention, management of contaminated areas, management of protected areas and other environmental areas are significant, so social advertising is expected to draw people's attention to environmental problems and thus encourage them to contribute to their solution.

Services will be purchased as needed (fact). The total number of services (in total) will be purchased for a maximum amount of EUR 309,000.00 including VAT (the maximum total value of the service purchase agreement). Maximum volumes (eur): radio information services are indicated in column 5 of Table 1 of item 4.1 of the technical specification of the tender conditions, televised information services - technical specification of the tender conditions in column 5 of Table 2 of item 4.2 of the technical specification of the terms and conditions of the tender, qualitative and quantitative target audience survey services - in column 4 of Table 3 of the technical specification for the terms and conditions of the tender. The customer is not obliged to purchase services for the maximum total value of the purchase contract, nor is he obliged to purchase information on the radio, television and the maximum volumes of qualitative and quantitative research services of the target audience. Information services by television and radio will be purchased at the rates indicated in Tables 1 and 2 of the Acceptor's tender (Annex 5 to the tender conditions) in Eur including VAT, and the qualitative and quantitative survey of the opinion of the target audience will be purchased at the rate indicated in Table 3 of the Acceptor's proposal (Annex 5 to the tender conditions) in Eur including VAT, respectively.
