Senja Avfall IKS will build a new incineration plant. This contest concerns engineering design of a new building and associated technical installations that apply to the building.

Senja Avfall will build a new incineration plant. This procurement concerns all construction works and technical installations that apply to the building. The process equipment, i.e. incineration oven with all associated technical installations is an individual procurement and is not part of this procurement. A detailed project description must be prepared with items in accordance with NS3420 for the construction procurement and associated technical disciplines.

The engineering design group will also contribute to the implementation phase in relation to clarifications from contractors, possibly necessary review of drawings etc.

The contracting authority has engaged a process consultant for planning and contracting of suppliers of the process equipment. Technical building consultant, this procurement, will develop a building that is adapted to the process plant. Close communication, interface clarifications etc. will be an important and significant part of this procurement.
