The new building consists of a 1-storey rectangular basement with a terrace facing the lake. The 2-storey, slightly smaller and also rectangular structure for the offices on top is rotated by 90 degrees and rises above the base on both sides.

The gross floor area of all levels is approx. 2,800 m².

The building's external dimensions are approximately 28.5 m x 43.0 m for the ground floor body and approx. 17.5 m x 44.5 m for the upper floor body. The floor heights are approx. 4.40 m for the ground floor and approx. 3.15 m each for the

1st and 2nd Upstairs.

The following functions are housed in the building:

Ground floor: central public functions of the meeting room, canteen, technical rooms

1/2nd Upper floor: offices with open communication zones and kitchenettes
