The service is part of the project to dismantle the Tricastin Operational Hot Base (BCOT).
It consists of carrying out renovation work on the facility's fire detection system and preparing for future dismantling operations in the facility's controlled area.

Its purpose is to:
- Treat the obsolescence of the installation's fire detection system by replacing old generation equipment,
- Adapt fire detection buses to future dismantling work needs,
- Resolve current non-conformities (door control and fire alarm),
- Ensure the maintenance of the new post-modification system until the end of the dismantling of the site (5 to 7 years).
The role of the supply is to enable:
- Dealing with the obsolescence of the JDT system of the industrial building, its ancillary premises and the operations building (DHW, TE, detectors) taking into account electromechanical dismantling operations,
- The renewal of existing servo systems,
- The restoration of the control of the Fire Door (PCF) of casemate 16.2,
- The coherence of the detection buses with a view to dismantling work scheduled for 2025,
- Bringing the general alarm equipment dedicated to the JDT into compliance.
