The administration building of the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Saarland at Martin-Luther-Strasse 2-4 / corner Egon-Reinert-Strasse in 66111 Saarbrücken is to be renovated.

The building consists of 3 parts. The gross floor area of the building is 19,700.00 m2 and the gross volume is 60,000.00 m3. The administration building was erected in 1951. It has been a listed building since 2001. The renovation will be carried out in one construction phase. As part of the renovation project, among other things, work (residual services) must be carried out to carry out conversion and renovation work as well as the new construction of the courtyard building and the emergency staircases.

As part of the renovation project of the existing building of the German Pension Insurance Saarland, earthworks, masonry and concrete work must be carried out, among other things.
