The procurement includes a wide range of products and the tenderer shall offer all products in a sub-tender. The tenderers can choose to submit tenders for 1 sub-tender or all.

1. Sub-tender 1 — Standard IT Equipment:

— Clients, exclusive OCX compatible units,

— Monitors and projectors,

— Servers and computer room systems,

— Video conference equipment,

— Other equipment (For the STFK entities (Sør-Trøndelag County) the following products are not included: remote controllers, simple switch, firewalls and simple routers).

2. Sub-tender 2 — Network Electronics — Edge Devices:

— Wireless controllers,

— Simple switch,

— Access points.

3. Sub-tender 3 — Network Electronics — Core Infrastructure:

— Core switch,

— Firewall,

— Single router.

In order to get the tender evaluated, all items in the Contracting Authority's requirement specification must be answered and/or commented on. All specified requirements in the Annex are minimum requirements. Incomplete answers may result in rejection of the tender.

The agreement shall include the tenderer's entire range of products in the categories described in 1 or several sub-tenders. See information above. This means that the Contracting Authority also can purchase IT equipment that are not in accordance with the requirement specification based on the same price mechanism* (the terms shall as a minimum be equally favourable during the entire agreement period) as the requested volume products (the price list). The tenderer's offer regarding delivery time of the equipment is binding during the entire agreement period. The deliveries shall take place during the core time between 8:00 and 15:00.

For larger buildings e.g. schools, exceptions are made on (integrated) AV equipment. For larger purchases over the budgeted investments, the Contracting Authority can choose whether the purchase shall be included in the framework agreement for purchase of IT equipment or through another supplier e.g. the Contractor. The choice shall be based on what the Contracting Authority in the concrete construction project finds most suitable.

*Price mechanism — the Price mechanism may e.g. be the tenderer's cost price with mark up or the tenderer's prices with a fixed discount.
