the consultation concerns services consisting in the execution of services related to works on the territory of La Roche-Sur-Yon Agglomération and relating to surveying work, topographical surveys, geotechnical studies and tests as well as detection and geo-location of buried networks. The description of the services and their technical specifications are defined in the CCTP specific to each batch.

In order to have surveyors on the ground, to carry out parcel divisions and to ensure boundaries, the purpose of this lot is:

- Topographic surveys

- long and through profiles

- location/alignment plan

- delimitation and demarcation

- modification of the cadastral plot

- building survey.

This lot will be the subject of a framework agreement with purchase orders concluded without a minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount of 200,000 euros (excl. VAT). As an indication, the annual estimate for all members of the group is 106,000 euros (excl. VAT).

to carry out intrusive surveys (coring, probing), lift tests, and controls in order to determine the nature of the floors/coatings, the presence of dangerous components (PAH, asbestos, lead), the services of this lot will be as follows:

- geotechnics and geophysics: surveys, pressure tests, penetrometers,...

- water and pumping test

- road check.

This lot will be the subject of a framework agreement with purchase orders concluded without a minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount of 200,000 euros (excl. VAT).

For lot 2, purchase orders can only be issued as of June 21, 2022. As an indication, the annual estimate for all members of the group is 75,500 euros (excl. VAT).

the services specific to this lot will be aimed at carrying out additional investigations on sensitive networks upstream of the execution of the works (when the networks are classified in B and C). They will focus on:

- search for networks by intrusive and non-intrusive processes

- realization of the marking of additional investigations.

This lot will be the subject of a framework agreement with purchase orders concluded without a minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount of 100,000 euros (excl. VAT).

As an indication, the annual estimate for all members of the group is 56,500 euros (excl. VAT).
