Invitation

Tomelilla Municipality, hereinafter the “Commissioner”, invites interested tenderers, hereinafter the “Supplier”, to tender in respect of operating systems for processing and documentation in both the Individual and Family Board and Care Board's activities accordingly the request paper (which is headlined Procurement Document) which is part of the procurement documents.

The mission is more fully apparent in Section 1.2 Mission Description, below.

The order will sign contracts with a supplier.

The procurement shall be carried out to the extent and under the conditions arising from the procurement documents, i.e. this request base with the accompanying Annexes and Agreements, and in accordance with the tenders.

Evaluation takes place according to the principle of the most economically beneficial tender based on the best price-quality ratio, see further section 5.
