The Landesbetrieb Straßenwesen Brandenburg intends to commission planning services for the project B169 OU Schwarzheide to improve traffic conditions and traffic safety in the state of Brandenburg.

The planning services for the object planning of traffic facilities are awarded for service phases 1-3 in accordance with §47 HOAI as well as special services on a larger scale (see HVA form LB traffic facilities) in a negotiated procedure. Initially, the planning services for the object planning of traffic facilities of service phases 1 – 2 and, if required, service phase 3 in accordance with §47 HOAI (step-by-step commissioning) are commissioned. The construction costs are currently estimated at approx. 9.3 million euros.

It must be taken into account that the model-based planning method Building Information Modeling (BIM) is to be used for the project in service phases 1-3.

The scope of services includes basic and special services for object planning of traffic facilities of service phases 1-2 in accordance with § 47 HOAI.

Special services are:

Service phase 1:

-Inventory and modelling (AwF 010)

Service phase 2:

-Preparation of the spatial planning document for a spatial planning procedure in accordance with the Joint State Planning Berlin-Brandenburg

-Compilation of documents for line determination in accordance with RE 2012

-Preparation of benefit-cost analyses

-Creation of pipeline inventory plans

-Participation in the task including drilling concept development for the ground and declaration investigation

-Visualization (AwF 040)

-Additional project discussion incl. pre- and post-processing (1.5h/appointment)

-Update of existing model BIM

-Project presentation and presentation to third parties
