The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity including the sale of electricity and the provision of services of transmission and distribution of electricity to the facilities of the municipality Kołbaskowo for a period of 12 months from the date of signing of the contract with the Contractor, but not earlier than after effective termination of the contract under which the contracting party bought electricity, which is in tariff groups: C11, C11a, C12a, C21, B21, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997, according to the tabular statement which is a detailed description of the subject matter the orders contained in Annex 4 to the siwz.

1. The subject of the contract includes a comprehensive service within the meaning of Article 3 (30) of the Law of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2020 item 833 as amended) implemented on the basis of a comprehensive service consisting in the provision of a service of transmission, distribution and sale of energy electrical.

2. The Contracting Authority informs that in the context of this procedure for the comprehensive supply of electricity contracts will be concluded separately with the managers of the following subordinate units of the contracting party.

3. The estimated amount of energy delivered (+/ -20%) during the delivery period (12 months) is determined on the basis of energy consumption in 2021 and is 1.343.27 MWh. The above value is estimated, given in order to determine the value of the order, which does not reflect the real or declared use of electricity during the duration of the contract, does not constitute an obligation on the part of the contracting party to purchase electricity in the quantities and in any given quantities if there may be no basis for any claims on the part of the contractor.
