- SPS mission to be carried out within the framework of dense development operations mainly housing or mixed (housing / tertiary) within the city of Montpellier.

- SPS mission to be carried out as part of municipal development operations outside the city of Montpellier, mainly housing or mixed (housing / tertiary).
