The municipalities want to agree a framework agreement with an organization that can encourage owner-occupiers to apply insulation measures to their homes through advice and guidance. The contractor must also advise and guide owner-occupiers in the financing of insulation measures. The contractor manages part of the funds from the SpUk Local Approach to Insulation.

The maximum value of the assignment is determined by the height of the SpUk Local Approach Insulation. It is currently not known how much money will be made available to the municipality in total. At the moment, the first tranche of the SpUk has been granted and with this 458 households have to implement an isolation measure. This is the first sub-assignment. The size of the first sub-assignment is formed by the rate per household multiplied by 458 households.
