The subject of the contract is the modernization and expansion of the network infrastructure of the Ordering Party through: 1) delivery of: a) network infrastructure devices together with elements of equipment, software and subscription services, b) VOIP telephone sets, - brand new (manufactured not earlier than 12 months before delivery), with the possibility of covering the manufacturer's support for a minimum of 36 months from the signing of the final acceptance protocol, not used in previous projects, coming from the legal sales channel of producers to the European market. The subject of the contract is not the installation and configuration of equipment; 2) covering the software and hardware supplied under the contract with warranty services.
