Planning Technical equipment according to HOAI 2013 Part 4, Section 2, Performance Phase 1-8.

New construction of a research and laboratory building on the campus Flugplatz of the University of Freiburg in construction area 3 at Georges-Köhler-Allee. In the entrance area there should be an auditorium, the reception, the main entrance stairs and a passenger elevator, as well as a showroom. The communication and catering area for guests and staff should be connected to a multifunctional seminar area. The workshops are to be located on the ground floor with a clear room height of about 4 meters (payload approx. 1 t / m 2 ) to be ordered. The offices are to be planned in front of the laboratory areas. The laboratory areas include S2 / S3 laboratories, clean room and technical center. For the introduction of heavy and bulky laboratory equipment, a goods lift must be planned. In the partial basement of the building, the rooms can be arranged, which serve the operation of building and process engineering device. In addition, there should also be the server room, various storage rooms and a storage room for 60 bicycles, which can be reached via a ramp. The bike room should be assigned changing rooms with showers. The development plan calls for compliance with the Freiberg Efficiency House Standard 70. For this purpose, an energy concept should be drawn up as the planning progresses.
