Introduction

Kumla Municipality is a municipality I growth. The number of inhabitants is just over 22,000 today and is centrally located in Närke. Part of the vision is to become 25,000 residents by 2025. The municipality has about 2200 people employees.In the municipality of Kumla there are six administrations which together are responsible for most of the community servicesto the inhabitants of the municipality. Each administration is governed by a committee appointed by the city council.The service persons of the administrations, in turn, look to realize the political decisions.In order to best cater to both the administrations and taxpayers, Kumla Municipality buys goodsand services correctly and economically in order to thus obtain the best possible benefit for the funds available to the services.Kumla municipality's enclosure amounted to about SEK 1,7 billion in 2021 and the municipality purchases goods andservices for just over 500 million annually.
