Regulatory authorizations related to the extension of line A capacity will be based on several files and studies and will result in training procedures. The following consultation shall be concerned:

— the public environmental investigation file prior to the DUP. The file will include, inter alia, an environmental assessment and a socio-economic assessment;

— the parcel survey file (s);

— the “Water Act” file which, under the applicable regime, will or will not require an environmental authorization application file and, where applicable,

—— the dossier for the compatibility of the PLUI of planning and urban planning documents;

—— any other environmental police authorization files (protected species, ICPE) integrated or not within an environmental authorization.
