The State Building and Property Office Neubrandenburg was commissioned by the Federal Office for Infrastructure, Environmental Protection and Services of the Bundeswehr with the construction of a new fire station in Utzedel. As part of a variant study, it was shown that a new building is necessary to meet the required requirements. The new building is to be erected on the property of the Demminer Land barracks and will become part of an overall ensemble. On the basis of the variant investigation, the required space requirements for a type 2 fire station (NUF: approx. 934 m2) are to be drawn up according to the sample planning -fire stations of the Bundeswehr- in the form of a final project document (FPU) according to the new RBBau of 01.10.2022.

Scope of services: LST 1 (LPH 2-4), optional LST 2,3,4 (LPH 5-8) with average planning requirements. The eligible costs for KG 300: € 2,679,317.00 gross and KG 400: € 1,523,688.00 gross. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2026 and end in 2028.

In accordance with the VgV 2016, the planning contract is awarded via a negotiated procedure with a participation competition. The applicant who can be expected to find the best possible solution to the task on the basis of his offer receives the order. The planner to be commissioned must first provide service level 1 (LPH 2-4). The completion of service level 1 is expected within approx. 9 months after the order has been placed. The capacity required to meet the target dates must be in place. The RBBau M-V must be observed. In accordance with the announcement point IV.1.5 "Information on the negotiation", the client reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the original offers without conducting negotiations. In the event that a negotiation can be dispensed with, the evaluation of point 1.6 of the evaluation matrix 2 with regard to the personal presentation of the employees of the project team is omitted.
