the contract is for the acquisition of simulation cabin chassis as part of the massive networked simulation project for armies.

Simulation cabin chassis must be configurable (fighter aircraft, helicopter or transport aircraft) and thus allow users to train in a simulation environment representative of their respective cockpits. The supplies must meet the specifications of a specification; computer simulation means are not part of the scope of the market.

Frames will be mainly used on air bases.

this draft contract is subject to the negotiated procedure with prior publicity and call for competition pursuant to the provisions of Articles L. 2324-1, L.2324-3, R. 2324-1, R. 2324-3 and R. 2361-8 to 12 of the Code de la Commande Publique (Ccp).

This draft contract includes both flat-rate services and other services that may be acquired through the issuance of purchase orders pursuant to Article R 2362-8 of the CCP.

Provisions:

In application of Articles R 2372-19 to R 2372-21 of the SPC, the contract may present significant technical hazards, it will include a share of supplies and services that could not be precisely defined in the initial public contract.
