Impact assessment work associated with the extraction of untreated water from Birkelandsvatn in Bjerkreim Municipality. Birkelandsvatn is a lake in the upper part of Bjerkreimsvassdraget, the watercourse is protected and designated as a national salmon river. Impact assessment shall be performed according to water resource law and physical measures by Birkeland Water under the Planning and Building Act. Zoning Proposals shall be prepared for the regulation of water and the affected nature area for the purpose of water extraction.
