The contract is the supply of chemical reagents functional to the purification process at the purification plants managed by Cafc SpA.

The alleged amount of supply is EUR 1 341 850,00, plus EUR 1 150,00 for non-downward security charges, for a total amount of EUR 1 343 000.00 for a period of 3 (three) years.

In the event of Cafc SpA exercise of the renewal option of the contract for a further 3 (three) years, the total amount of the contract, including the renewal option, is 2 686 EUR 000,00 of which EUR 2 300,00 for security charges not subject to downside.
