The purpose of this contract notice is to set up a single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders allowing the rental of a set of furniture and equipment (fittings) during events at the CEA in Grenoble taking place mainly at the Maison MINATEC.

The organisation of scientific events at the Maison MINATEC sometimes requires specific arrangements. To do this, the CEA must rent specific furniture for the duration of the events. (in practice from 1 to 5 consecutive days)

The number of events concerned is around twenty per year.

In the context of these events, three scenarios can be envisaged:

- Rental of panels for poster spaces

- Rental of stands for exhibitor areas

- Rental of furniture for the fitting out of meeting rooms.

Other specific accommodations can be requested depending on the client's needs. The Account Holder may therefore be asked to provide services outside the MINATEC House in other CEA buildings only on behalf of UCAP (communication department of the CEA in Grenoble).

In addition, additional equipment can be requested for rental or purchase.

The maximum amount of the framework agreement is €250,000 excluding VAT.

The framework agreement is mono-award.
