New construction of two apartment buildings incl. an LSS unit, Kumla Kv. Ejdern

With this procurement, Kumla Bostäder AB intends to appoint a suitable collaboration partner at an early stage, with the aim of producing two (2) apartment buildings including one (1) LSS unit within parts of the Ejdern block in Kumla municipality within parts of the Ejdern block in Kumla municipality.

Design in Phase 1 and production in Phase 2 will be carried out in collaboration between B and TE with the ambition of design in H1 2023 and production start in H2 2023.
