The district of Müldorf am Inn is planning to expand the Academy for Social Pedagogy in Mühldorf/Starkheim.
The school supervisory approval of the room program provides for 643 m² NF 1-6 for the extension building.
This is to be built on two floors at the site of an outbuilding, which will feature 211 m² NF 1-6 as a single-storey timber frame construction, which will still be needed.
This means that a total of 854 m² of NF 1-6 is to be implemented as an extension in building class 3 in the planned construction window.
A timber construction with a high degree of prefabrication and dry screed is preferred.
Controlled ventilation and ventilation of the rooms through a ventilation system with efficient heat recovery is also required.
It is intended to commission the following services (in stages) with this tender:
Technical equipment, plant groups 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8, Lph. 2 to 9 according to §§ 53 et seq. HOAI.

- completion of input planning at the end of 2022,
- Start of construction spring 2023,
- Completion: approximately August 2024.
Costs of €3.3 million gross (KG 200-700, DIN 276) are currently set in the budget.
For the expansion of the Academy for Social Pedagogy in Mühldorf/Starkheim, the services of the
Allocate technical equipment, plant groups 1, 2, 3, 7 (here: kitchen equipment) and 8 in accordance with §§ 53 et seq. HOAI.
The services are ordered in stages.
In the 1st stage of assignment, performance phase 2 (preliminary planning) is commissioned in accordance with § 55 HOAI. Service phases 3-9 will be called up in stages. There is no legal claim to overall assignment.
