This tender contest is being held by Nord-Fron municipality on behalf of the INNOFF cooperation.

INNOFF consists of Oppland county and Lillehammer, Øyer, Gausdal, Ringebu, Sør-Fron and Nord-Fron municipalities.

The contracting authority invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the delivery of building materials, wood, etc.

The assignment shall be valid for 2 years from the date the contract is signed, with an option for an extension for 1 + 1 year.

The tender can cover one, several or all of Nord-Fron, Sør-Fron and Ringebu municipalities. Øyer, Lillehammer and Gausdal municipality shall be seen as one unit /customer.

Tenders can cover 1, several or all of the 6th form colleges belonging to Oppland county.

The contracting authority is not one legal unit, so separate contracts will be signed with each municipality and county. Lillehammer municipality is also included in the contract, on behalf of Øyer and Gausdal municipalities.

The framework agreement /agreements shall cover products and tools for maintenance measures and the daily operation of the municipalities' properties and for use by pupils studying construction at sixth form colleges in Oppland.

The products that shall be procured are products within the groups /categories building materials, doors, fixing materials, insulation, paint, roof products, wood, tools and windows.

The estimated total consumption is approx. NOK 5 000 000 per annum.
