VGGM is looking for a Contractor who can deliver a well-functioning and user-friendly ITSM system that meets the requirements and wishes of VGGM. The assignment includes the delivery, implementation, management and maintenance of a software-based ITSM solution (SaaS, or Software as a Service) that optimally supports VGGM. This does not include supporting functionalities such as the operational monitoring of all IT systems.
