North Glasgow Housing Association Ltd. is a not for profit social housing provider and is a registered social landlord based in the north side of Glasgow.

It is the Association’s intention to enter into a contract with 1 contractor to deliver their Mechanical Services Contract requirements at a number of locations in North Glasgow.

15 Croftbank Street 25 storey,

12 Eccles Street 15 storey,

195 Fernbank Street 15 storey,

53 Carrbisdale Street 15 storey,

9 Carron Place 8 storey,

19 Carron Place 8 storey,

29 Carron Place 8 storey,

170 Broadholm Street 8 storey,

100 Hawthorn Street 2 storey, sheltered housing complex.

Balgrayhill Road Deck access maisonettes.

Lenzie Terrace Deck access maisonettes.

Kemp Street Sheltered housing complex.

Barloch Street Sheltered housing complex.

Gourlay Street Sheltered housing complex.

Carron Place Sheltered housing complex.

The Contract is to be let for a period of 3 years with an option to extend the contract on a yearly basis for a further 2 years.
