1. The subject of the order is the extension of the currently functioning SIEM IBM QRadar system in the Energa Group in accordance with the following requirements, or an equivalent IT solution. Requirements for the extension of the existing SIEM IBM QRadar solution and requirements for equivalent solutions (equivalence parameters) are described in chapter 3 and chapter 4 of Annex 1 to the Specification of Essential Terms of the Order (hereinafter referred to as SIWZ) respectively. The scope of work covered by the Subject of the Order includes:
a) pre-implementation analysis,
b) SIEM class environment development service,
c) ongoing support service,
d) training,
e) purchase of a license.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order (including the scope and type of optional Orders) is included in Annex 1 to the ToR.
3. The estimated value of the contract exceeds the PLN equivalent of EUR 443 000.00.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order (including the scope and type of optional Orders) is included in Annex 1 to the ToR.
3. The exercise of the Option Right is the Employer's right which does not result in the Contractor's claim for an optional Order. The contracting authority may exercise the option right in full or in part.
4. The Awarding Entity may exercise the option right within 12 (twelve) months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.
5. The Awarding Entity informs that pursuant to art. 37 paragraph 6 there is no obligation to provide part of the Specification of Essential Terms of the Order, i.e. a detailed description of the architecture of the security system on the website. The Employer, before making part of the Specification of Essential Terms of the Order available, requires the Contractor to submit a signed declaration of confidentiality, in accordance with the template in Annex 12 to the ToR.
