Provision of services in the field of forest management in the area of the Sobibór Forest District in 2024

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356, as amended – the "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, nursery, seed production, maintenance of tourist and educational infrastructure, other works related to forest management and meadow and agricultural management, to be carried out in the area of the Sobibór Forest District in 2024.

The estimated value of the contract given below includes the values of the contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law and the Option.

P01. L03 Adamki Forest Ranger

The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, nursery, seed production, maintenance of tourist and educational infrastructure, other works related to forest management and meadow and agricultural management, and resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, which consists of: Appendix No. 2.1 – planned size of works; Appendix 2.2 - detailed size of work by groups of activities, activities and locations; Annex 2.3.1 – Forestry characteristics in terms of timber harvesting; Appendix No. 2.3.2 – assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry; Appendix No. 2.3.3 – summary of distances and conditions of wood harvesting; Appendix No. 2.3.4 – list of items with additional difficulties in terms of acquisition and skidding; Appendix 2.3.5 – list of items not available for machine acquisition; Appendix No. 2.3.6 – information on the optimal technology of timber harvesting (potential); Appendix No. 2.4.1. - information on the nature of forest care (weed mowing zones); Appendix No. 2.4.2. List of items not available for renewal with the planter. The material scopes listed in the appendices included in Appendix 2 are estimates. In the course of the performance of the subject matter of the contract, in addition to the provisions of law in force in the Republic of Poland, the Contractor will be obliged to apply and comply with the obligations and rules resulting from the following documents: - "Principles of forest breeding" – introduced by the Ordinance No. 53 of the Director General of the State Forests of 21 November 2011, - "Forest Protection Instruction" – introduced by the Ordinance No. 57 of the Director General of the State Forests of 22 November 2011, - "Instruction on occupational health and safety in the performance of basic works in the field of forest management" – introduced by Ordinance No. 36 of the Director General of the State Forests of 20 April 2012, - "Forest Fire Protection Instruction" – introduced by Ordinance No. 81 of the Director General of the State Forests of 23 December 2019, - Ordinance No. 40 of the Director General of the State Forests of 6 October 2011 on the introduction of a framework list of works performed by at least two persons (ref. GB-021-2/2011), - Ordinance No. 66 of the Director General of the State Forests of 7 November 2019 on the introduction of guidelines under the name "Forest Use Rules" in organizational units of the State Forests (sign: ZM.7603.13.2019),- Principles, criteria and standards of sustainable forest management FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and PEFC Council (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes). The Contractor will be obliged to comply with the technical conditions for wood raw material in accordance with the Ordinance No. 51 of the Director General of the State Forests of 30 September 2019 on the introduction of technical conditions used in the trade of wood raw material in the State Forests State Forest Holding.

P10. L12 Osowa Forest Ranger District

In the course of the performance of the subject matter of the contract, in addition to the provisions of law in force in the Republic of Poland, the Contractor will be obliged to apply and comply with the obligations and rules resulting from the following documents: - "Principles of forest breeding" – introduced by the Ordinance No. 53 of the Director General of the State Forests of 21 November 2011, - "Forest Protection Instruction" – introduced by the Ordinance No. 57 of the Director General of the State Forests of 22 November 2011, - "Instruction on occupational health and safety in the performance of basic works in the field of forest management" – introduced by Ordinance No. 36 of the Director General of the State Forests of 20 April 2012, - "Forest Fire Protection Instruction" – introduced by Ordinance No. 81 of the Director General of the State Forests of 23 December 2019, - Ordinance No. 40 of the Director General of the State Forests of 6 October 2011 on the introduction of a framework list of works performed by at least two persons (ref. GB-021-2/2011), - Ordinance No. 66 of the Director General of the State Forests of 7 November 2019 on the introduction of guidelines under the name "Forest Use Rules" in organizational units of the State Forests (sign: ZM.7603.13.2019),- Principles, criteria and standards of sustainable forest management FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and PEFC Council (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes). The Contractor will be obliged to comply with the technical conditions for wood raw material in accordance with the Ordinance No. 51 of the Director General of the State Forests of 30 September 2019 on the introduction of technical conditions used in the trade of wood raw material in the State Forests State Forest Holding.
