The object of the order is: receiving municipal waste from the owners of inhabited and mixed properties (properties in part used as inhabited properties and in part as uninhabited properties (e.g. business activities, public facilities, etc.) ) from Jasła city site and the development of received waste, i.e. recovery or disposal, in a way that ensures adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reducing the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transmitted for storage referred to in the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888 as amended) hereinafter referred to as the Maintenance of Purity and Order in Municipalities.

The use of waste, i.e. recovery or disposal, should comply with the applicable legislation, in particular with the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779 as amended) hereinafter referred to as the Waste Act, the Maintenance of Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities and the Plan Waste Management for Subcarpathian Voivodeship, hereinafter referred to as WPGO.
Waste should only be collected from inhabited and mixed properties.
The estimated amount of municipal waste intended to be collected from Jasła city area during the entire period of execution of the order will be approximately 4758,00 Mg (tonnes), including:
unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and residues from segregation of municipal waste (code 200301) in an amount of approximately 3240,00,00 Mg (tonnes);
selectively collected municipal waste type: plastics/metals/multi-cartridges in quantity of approximately: 600,00 Mg (tonnes);
selectively collected municipal waste paper type in quantity of approximately: 120,00 Mg (tonnes)
selectively collected municipal waste type glass in quantity of approximately: 84,00 Mg (tonnes);
biodegradable waste (green waste code 200201) in quantity approximately: 450,00 Mg (tonnes);
large-size waste and waste electrical and electronic equipment (code 200307) in quantity approximately: 210,00 Mg (tonnes);
used tyres (code 160103): 6,00 Mg (tonnes);
construction and demolition waste (code 170107) in quantity approximately: 42,00 Mg (tonnes);
biodegradable kitchen waste (code 200108) in quantity approximately: 6,00 Mg (tonnes), where selective reception of such waste is introduced.
The Contracting Authority shall not ensure the execution of the order in the amount of waste
The estimated amount of real estate covered by the municipal waste management system is approximately 4800, including inhabited properties around 4200, and mixed-use approximately 600. The number of inhabitants covered by the municipal waste management system is 26155.
Whenever in the Specification is mentioned:
- owners of real estate - it is necessary to mean the owners of inhabited properties and mixed properties, i.e. in the parts used as inhabited property and in part as uninhabited property located within the city of Jasła;
- authorised installation - it is necessary to mean a municipal waste treatment plant meeting the conditions laid down in the Waste Act, the Maintenance of Cleanness and Order in Municipalities and the WPGO.
