The project consists of carrying out an energy rehabilitation of the building, improving the quality of the envelope, thermal comfort for staff, the performance of the equipment and their optimization of operation in connection with laboratory processes, consider the production of renewable energies and minimize operating costs. This rehabilitation will take into account the constraints of the occupied site (by guaranteeing the maintenance of the Cofrac accreditations of the various laboratories). As part of the implementation of the Mgp, the Loire-Atlantique Department, represented by Lad Spl (representative), and the Public Interest Group (GIP) Inovalys wished to regroup into a command group, for the sake of efficiency in the management, organization, steering and execution of services, particularly with regard to the distribution of missions and roles of each.
