All Contracting authorities participating in this tender wish to conclude an Agreement with one Tenderer who has submitted the most economically advantageous Tender for the provision of accountancy services.

All Contracting Authorities participating in this tender require the following activities:

1. interim audit (in preparation for the audit of the financial statements);

2. audit of the annual accounts;

3. natural advisory function;

4. advice as needed and on demand.

Due to the division of the contract into Lots, this may theoretically be a different Tenderer per Contracting Authority. The future Contractor (s), as well as the services to be provided by the relevant Contractor, must hereby comply with the conditions set by the Client, which are specified in this Request for Quotation.
